In the village of Pollença, this beautiful and quietly situated holiday home is perfect for a relaxing holiday with its furnishing, its proximity to some beaches and its spacious outdoor area. The finca has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. One of the bathrooms is located outside near the pool. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Spend your day in the well equipped outdoor area with a balcony, 2 furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool, a whirlpool (only available during summer) and a table tennis table. End the day with a delicious dish prepared on the barbecue. The nearest restaurant is a 14-minute drive (11.0 km) and the nearest bar is a 9-minute drive (4.8 km) away from the property.
