2 story condo with Epic Gulf Views in Crystal Villas B13

Located in Crystal Beach area of Destin. Very walkable neighborhood to dining, coffee and shopping. This complex sits very close to the water so the views are epic. Unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

When you walk in you have a long hallway with master bedroom and full bath with king bed. Washer and driver are in hallway. Then walk into the Open living and kitchen area that is 2 story with tall ceilings and views for days. Upstairs has a bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Then walk through the bathroom to find a kid area with full bed and 2 twin beds.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. The balcony has high seating for great views. The complex has a pool on the front of the building.
