All guests must complete the online check-in and submit valid passport or Emirates ID copies at least 24 hours before arrival for mandatory building registration. For same-day bookings, please allow at least 1 hour after check-in completion to prepare the apartment. Kindly share your estimated arrival time in advance.

Please note that we take a cash security deposit of 500Dhs (or equivalent in main foreign currencies) on Check in and the same amount will be returned to you on check out if there is no damage to the house.
