Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please throw all used towels/rags in either bathtub. Please throw all trash bags away in brown dumpster outside.
If possible, strip the sheets from any beds you used and leave them in the same room.
Empty the fridge of any food or drinks. Set the thermostat to “Heat/Cool” at 68°F. If you used the grill out back please make sure the propane valve is shut off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pets • Pets are allowed! • Clean up after pets — indoors and outdoors • Also please no pets on beds or furniture
