We are the Laknahur family. My husband and I have been married since 1996 and have 4 wonderful children. We lived in Germany for 20 years and speak German. We relocated back to the United States in 2015 and fell in love with the Cape Coral area.
Why they chose this property
Cape Coral reminded us so much of Venice, Italy. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of canals and that's 15 times more than Venice, Italy. Our home sits on a huge canal with Gulf access ... waterviews are everywhere!
What makes this property unique
We are in the Cape Harbour community of Cape Coral. Our home is in a fantastic location right off of Cape Coral Parkway. There is so much to do and see ... and so many fantastic restaurants! Just about 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes from Sanibel Island Beach.
