The stylishly furnished holiday home Villetta Natura Casa C is nestled in the hilly landscape of Elba in the heart of Nisporto. It has a modernly furnished living room with characteristic ceiling beams, a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms in cream tones as well as 3 bathrooms and offers place for 8 persons. One of the bedrooms lets lots of sunlight through its big windows, while the other 2 have quite small windows with little light coming in. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable TV. Outside you will find a covered terrace with sea views, equipped with sun loungers and a comfortable sitting area for relaxing hours under the Italian sun. The property also has a garden with a barbecue where you can prepare fresh meals. The accommodation is suitable for all those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and seek a holiday in complete privacy. The pebble beach of Nisporto, with its crystal clear waters and a small selection of restaurants, is 550 metres away and can be reached by a 9-minute walk. The centre of the neighbouring village Bagnaia with shopping facilities and further restaurants is 5 km away and can be reached in 12 minutes by car.

House and location okay!

House and location are okay. Not as exclusive as stated in the online description. We estimate the photos are 10 years old. The sea view is gone due to the trees in the garden of the neighbors. The worst is a poor set of kitchen and BBQ appliances are missing which simpler houses have automatically. The local agency did not get permission to adjust the requested equipments.

Gute Lage und tolles Haus. Netter ruhiger Ort.

Pros: Das Haus hat von der Terrasse aus eine schöne Meersicht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung alle mit Klimaanlagen. Bäder sind auch einwandfrei. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Haus. Die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber problemlos zu bewältigen. Cons: Müllentsorgung etwas kompliziert, weil täglich etwas anderes geleert wird beziehungsweise abgeholt wird. Den restlichen Müll muss man dann mitnehmen und irgendwo am Hafen entsorgen. Das war schwierig. Die Küchenmöbel sind leider schon etwas ramponiert, aber funktionieren soweit. Nur zwei liegen auf der Terrasse. Bei einem Haus für sechs Personen hätte ich da mehr erwartet.

Pros: Tolle sehr ruhige Lage mit toller Terrasse und angenehmen Gartenmöbeln. Sauberes Wasser und netter Strand. Cons: Leider war der Grill (Weber Kugelgrill) bei unserer Villa dermaßen beschädigt daß man darauf nicht hätte vernünftig Grillen können. Außerdem wurde er bei der Reinigung vergessen.
