Very convenient location with easy access to VCU, restaurants, the James River Park trail system, Hollywood Cemetery, and city bikes. Three-bedrooms (king, queen, and single pullout) and two newly-renovated full bathrooms (both with showers). Wifi throughout and one smart TV logged in to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and a coffee and tea bar. Backyard courtyard with table seating for six, and front porch table and chairs for your morning coffee.

Hi! We are Angie and Matt. We both live in Richmond, VA and we are the people that treat our dogs and cat like children. We love history, architecture, vegan food, good coffee, and anything spooky. Angie is slightly obsessed with her job as a Realtor but slightly more obsessed with traveling the world. Matt is obsessed with writing and is about to publish his third book.
Why they chose this property
Oregon Hill is a historic, close-knit Richmond neighborhood just south of downtown known for its 19th-century Italianate rowhouses, tree-lined streets, and a mix of long-time residents and VCU students. It offers scenic outdoor spots like the Oregon Hill Overlook with sweeping views of the James River and easy access to nearby James River Park and Hollywood Cemetery, both popular for walking, picnicking, and river recreation. Locally loved eateries and nightlife within or near the neighborhood include the eclectic fine-dining at L'Opossum, student-friendly bars, corner-store music at Mocha Gourmet Market. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride from the broader Richmond food and drink scene along Cary Street and downtown. Each autumn the community comes alive with traditions like the annual Halloween parade and neighborhood block party.
