Nestled in Springville, this fabulous house offers a comfortable retreat for guests. It sleeps 6 comfortably. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and 2 twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms include a bathtub/shower combo and hair dryer, making your stay convenient and easy. Our kitchen comes fully stocked and the washer and dryer is available for guests to use. The home stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this fantastic space welcomes you. You’re sure to make cozy and lasting memories with a stay at our place. Our home is surrounded by a gorgeous yard with a patio for bbqing and also a firepit for late night chats and roasting marshmellows! Garage is unavailable for guests.

The Corner Haven is located in a quiet neighborhood close to parks and churches. It is also a very short drive from grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Also, a short 15 minute drive to Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University.

This was a perfect stay for our family! The home was clean, spacious, great location with easy access to the surrounding area and schools. It was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. We appreciated the nice toiletries provided in both showers, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We will definitely look to come back next time we are in town.

This home is beautiful and the view out back is amazing. One level homes are hard to find in Utah, but with my nearly 90 year old mother with us, one level is so needed. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the place over and over again. Our host was so kind and even gave us an early check in. The last place we stayed we had to pay extra for one hour early check in. Loved the place and if needed we would stay again.

What makes this property unique

It is a cozy home with charm that makes you feel right at home. It is surrounded by a beautiful yard to gather for a bbq, games and roast marshmellows around the fire with your closest friends and family. Close walk from the park. Quiet neighborhood a short distance from anything you may need such as dine in restaurants, takeout, shopping, groceries, entertainment and the great and beautiful outdoors! If you love to golf, check out hobble creek!
