Stylish well-being apartment close to the center

We offer you a spacious, newly renovated 4-room apartment, especially for larger groups & families right next to the university clinic at the Bavarian train station. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-storey house. There is no lift. Access to the house is only possible for residents and guests with the appropriate key. The spacious apartment is equipped with flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen: sufficient crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, maxi-toaster and kettle, as well as a basic set of sugar, salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee are available. Tea towels, dishcloths or Sponges, kitchen rolls and cleaning agents are also available. The dining room with the long table invites you to sit together extensively. There is also a bathroom with a modern shower, hairdryer and soft hand and bath towels as well as a children's room with toys. A baby bed and a high chair are available. According to the previous reviews you will find the best price-performance ratio in Leipzig. A spacious hallway with a comfortable couch invites you to linger. There are three bedrooms with a total of 10 beds and 2 desks. If necessary, separate mattresses can be provided for two additional people (i.e. a total of 12 beds). Chest of drawers and hangers are provided.

Die Unterkunft hat insgesamt gut gepasst und ist vor allem für größere Gruppen oder Familien sehr praktisch. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage sowie der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür – das macht die An- und Abreise wirklich unkompliziert. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass sich die Wohnung in der Nähe der Uniklinik befindet – dadurch hört man teilweise auch nachts das Martinshorn. Uns hat es nicht extrem gestört, aber empfindliche Schläfer sollten das im Hinterkopf behalten. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist funktional eingerichtet. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte, bei denen noch Luft nach oben ist: Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, hätte aber etwas gründlicher sein können. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist zudem recht klein. Die angegebene Grundausstattung in der Küche (z. B. Salz, Gewürze etc.) war bei uns nicht vollständig vorhanden – das ist kein großes Problem, aber erwähnenswert. Auch die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas durchgelegen, wobei das natürlich immer subjektiv ist. Ein Punkt, der uns tatsächlich etwas gestört hat: Im „Kinderzimmer“ war das Dachfenster defekt (Griff kaputt), sodass es sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Dadurch hat es gezogen und es wurde recht kühl. Wir haben den Schaden gemeldet und auch eine Rückmeldung erhalten, allerdings wurde das Problem während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben.Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft mit guter Lage und viel Platz.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Pure Gemütlichkeit und viele Platz. Tolle Lage, man war schnell in der Innenstadt und konnte auch mit den Rädern super Ausflüge machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt

Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier gut gefallen, war nur zu kurz. Das Zentrum, der Zoo usw. sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ansonsten fährt der Nahverkehr auch direkt vor der Tür ab. die Wohnung ist toll - genug Platz für alle!
