The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. You have access to the loggia (together with eat-in kitchen) with garden furniture, 1 table and 5 chairs. Kitchenette in the living room with dinette, exhaust hood and refrigerator. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located in a holiday complex, on an open garden plot with lawn. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking in carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
