Welcome to our charming New Smyrna Beach cottage—the perfect home base for a relaxed, walk-everywhere coastal getaway! Located just one block from iconic Flagler Avenue and two blocks from the beach, you’ll be steps away from the best shopping, dining, live music and beach access in town. This is key for enjoying New Smyrna Beach, as parking is expensive and very limited, especially during peak visitor days. Whether you’re heading out for a beach day, exploring local boutiques, or enjoying New Smyrna’s laid-back nightlife, everything is right at your doorstep.

This cozy yet spacious home is ideal for families or groups and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. It has 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with king beds and a fun bunk room with four twin beds. There is also a pullout sofa for two additional guests. The house has two bathrooms (one full, one half) with a private outdoor shower right outside the backdoor - its perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach! Enjoy morning coffee or a good book in the bright front sunroom, and unwind in the evenings on the covered back patio with seating and a grill for easy outdoor meals.

The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, towels, and linens. Beach bikes and beach toys are available for guest use. The house as fiber optic, very fast Wi-Fi and two Roku TVs to stream your favorite shows. The kitchen is newly remodeled (late 2025) with updated cabinetry and modern appliances that include a gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
