Welcome to Casa Brisa, a peaceful Tucson retreat just 5 minutes from the airport.
Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, movie nights with surround sound, or grilling under the backyard lights.
**There is a $100 cleaning deposit. Refundable as long as the home is left in good condition. If there is excessive cleaning required or damage beyond normal use, the deposit will be retained.**
1,400 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 2-bath tubs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for cooking, and most bedrooms include Smart TVs and 2 full-length mirrors. The living room features surround sound and an electric fireplace, games, Enjoy the private backyard with BBQ, outdoor lighting, shaded seating.
No parties or events are allowed. Please note that any residue from smoking or glitter/confetti may result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please note that some doors are marked “No Guest Access.” This includes the garage, coat closet, and one guest room closet.
You’ll have full access to the rest of the home, backyard, main walk-in closet, and one guest room closet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Linens: Place used towels and blankets in the laundry bin located in the laundry room.
Trash: Take out all trash and place it in the outdoor bin located on the left side of the house, behind the gate.
Key & Lockbox: Please return the key to the lockbox on the metal security door before leaving.
Please turn off lights, fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
