• We supply a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

• We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. Guest accepts all responsibility for any damage done by dogs. We just ask that no more than 2 dogs per reservation without prior approval. And, NO CATS please due to allergies.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.
