The home is in an excellent spot and has a wonderful private back yard. it is very close to downtown Princeton. The owner is always available through the VRBO web site.We recommend including wash cloths with the other towels provided. The second bathroom is off the kitchen and on the opposite side of the home from the 3 bedrooms. That bathroom is small and has no storage area at all. The shower stall is also small. There is no access to 2 of the 3 bedroom closets and no drawers for proper storage of clothing. The home is cared for and comfortable.

While I respect the ratings provided, however I would like to say the experience was equally bad for me as a host as well. Our house rules were clear about hosting large gatherings specifically late into the night. Anyways, I will take this as a n opportunity to make it even more clear going forward.
