**BRAND NEW LISTING - TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LOW PRICES WHILE THEY LAST** Welcome to our luxury in-law suite. This fully private 2 bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a large master bedroom, large living room and second bedroom. The luxury bathroom features a bidet and a 2 person shower with NINE jets. Nestled on the end of a quiet cul de sac it is within 5 minutes of several restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown Framingham, 30 minutes to downtown Boston and a 5 minute walk to walking trails. Master bedroom - includes queen bed, desk, office chair and monitor. Attached is a Full bathroom with 2 person shower and bidet. Includes a mini split and a closet equipped with shelving and hangers. There is a nightstand.

Living room - includes large comfy couch that fits 4+ people, 55” tv logged in to several streaming services, microwave, indoor fireplace, tv stand with built fireplace that provides light and warmth.

Second bedroom - includes a queen bed and night stand.

Laundry room - includes washer/dryer with guest access (laundry detergent included). Steamer for ironing clothes. There is a Sink, Coffee maker and ground coffee. Shelving with mugs, glasses, and other miscellaneous items that guests have access to use.

Please note this is an in-law suite that is the lower level of a single family home. It is a completely private suite with a separate entrance and entirely separate from the rest of the home. The hosts live on the upper floor and strive to be quiet however some household noise and occasional footsteps may be heard from above, as is typical in most multi-level homes. We have a 2 year child - who generally sleeps from 8pm to 8am, and the house is very quiet during overnight hours. Light morning or daytime movement may occasionally be heard. If you are extremely noise conscious this place may not be a good fit you. The vast majority of our guests have not had any issues with the noise and many have mentioned how quiet it is (the neighborhood is extremely quiet).

Immediately when you enter the garage is a full fridge and freezer that guests are free to use.

Plants, artwork and mirrors are present throughout the unit.

Good stay! Host was extremely nice and welcoming! It snowed during the night of the stay, and they were nice enough to still shovel a path in the morning and even cleared a path around my vehicle. Thank you! There is only a microwave, but easy to make work for food options.

Definitely a nice stay. It was very nice. They had coffee for us, a coffee maker, sugar, creamer, plates a microwave. It was very, very clean. It was They had a smart TV. The shower was huge. Pretty cool had multiple showerheads.The only thing that I could say negative about our stay was it was a finished basement and people lived upstairs. While the kids were upstairs running and playing, you definitely knew. For us it didn’t matter because by the time we came back from work and got back to the place, we were so tired that we slept through any noise. But for people who were light sleepers might be a little difficult.
