This was a very nice place to stay, it was clean and very cozy. The yard is quiet and the wrap around porch and top deck made for a great place to relax. The hot tub is always a great bonus. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was kind of confusing getting into the gate to enter the home. we also parked outside the gate and the neighbor came over and told us we were on her property and had to pull the car into the gate (whoops) other than that the place was great. beds were comfy. hot tub was amazing. plenty of games to play. close by to a lot of restaurants and stores. very cool place as there was even an outdoor shower and toilet in an outhouse kind of thing we used after the hot tub!

It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.
