The main living level features an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that capture expansive mountain, valley, town, and slope views. A gas fireplace anchors the living space, while large glass doors open to a deck with a private hot tub, creating a clean, modern setting to unwind after a day on the mountain. This level also includes a half bath and direct access to the garage.

The second level is designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private deck with elevated mountain views. A second en-suite bedroom is also located on this floor, along with a third bedroom and an additional full bathroom, making the layout well-suited for groups seeking space and separation.

The third level features a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, a TV lounge area within the room, and a dedicated full bathroom. The three-level layout allows guests to spread out comfortably while maintaining quiet, private spaces throughout the home.

This condo includes a private hot tub and an industrial boot and gear dryer. Parking includes a one-car garage plus ample additional open parking. The location is quiet and convenient, approximately half a mile from the ski lift with a short walk to the shuttle bus stop, offering easy access to Angel Fire Resort in all seasons.
