Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set heat back to 60 (during heating season) or turn off AC
Ensure all trash is tied in trash bags, there is no recycling.
Return parking passes to avoid replacement fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A fee of $100.00 per hour will be charged if a renter fails to leave at the assigned check-out time.
No smoking is allowed on the property indoors or outdoors (walkways, porch, and deck).

This property is sited in a great spot at Eastman with easy access to the trails and beaches. The property was very clean, well stocked, and the hosts quick to respond to questions!

Julie and her family were fabulous. We are uncertain how to amend the star rating but they were a 5/5 across the board. We would highly recommend them to any host

We our long time New England residents and love the outdoors. We have hosted in the past and enjoy sharing our space with others that have an affinity for the same activities we do!

Why they chose this property

Eastman offers so much, both in the community and within a short drive. From our condo you can walk to beach A which has a small playground for the little ones and a nice sandy beach. A short drive away is the community center where lake equipment can be rented, or you can enjoy tennis, pickleball, golf all within a few mile drive. There are hiking and cross country trails within walking distance from our front door. Truly an all season getaway.

What makes this property unique

We love this home and spend time with our family there. The space is comfortable and our neighbors are friendly. While it's enclosed a short drive away amenities of the Lake Sunapee region or Dartmouth/Hanover area can also be found.
