Condo was impeccably clean, had all of the amenities that we wanted and was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants. Very easy to get around.

This is a solid, modern condo right in the downtown area. Most of the hot spots, including Cooper Square, are all in easy walking distance.There is also a reserved parking spot right outside the building, so driving in and out is a breeze.All of the appliances new, everything was clean, and you have everything you need to store and make your own food.Despite things being condensed, you never really feel like any area is particularly crowded.There are a few caveats:The first is the bedrooms are on the upper loft, which is accessible via a tight, spiral staircase. If you have a hard time with stairs, this might be an issue.The second is this is a very new property, and it still has a few kinks to work out. The smoke detector was chirping when we checked in. The fan lights would just turn themselves on now and then and the ice maker wasn't working very well.The local handyman was away at the time, so Mike (our host) drove 2 hours to take care of the smoke alarm for us, which was very much appreciated.The fan light issue seemed to stop when the neighbors got quiet, so I'm guessing there are some remote controls over there on the same frequency. We were able to sleep just fine without being flashbanged.The private hot tub was was quite nice. It was clean and well maintained.If you stay here in the winter, it has a really nice gas fireplace and ski lockers and bus access.All in all, it's a great property that just has a few kinks left to work out.
