Welcome to our upscale marble guesthouse, a separate living space situated on a shared family property in central Santa Ana.
This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest house (ADU) is a separate living unit designed for comfort, style, and convenience. The interior living space is fully private and dedicated to guests.
Inside the guest house, you’ll enjoy: • Open-concept living room with oversized RH leather sectional (pull-out bed) • 83” LG Gallery Smart TV • Gourmet kitchen with custom marble island, quartz countertops, and premium stainless-steel appliances • Spa-inspired bathrooms with rainfall showers and marble finishes • Plush memory-foam mattresses, quality linens, and Smart TVs in each bedroom
This space is ideal for families, couples, or business travelers looking for a peaceful and stylish stay.
Please note that this is a shared property. • The homeowner lives in the main house at the front of the property • The guest house (ADU) is located to the right, toward the back of the property • The guest house has its own private entrance and interior living space
Certain outdoor areas on the property are shared areas, including: • Walkway and hallway • Swimming pool • Patio • Fruit garden
Guests may use shared outdoor areas if they wish, but these areas are not for exclusive guest use.
The homeowner and homeowner’s family retain full rights to access shared areas as needed for: • Daily family use • Safety and supervision • Pet care • Maintenance or upkeep
Guests are never required to use any shared area if they prefer privacy.

POOL INFORMATION & SAFETY
🕗 Pool Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM • No lifeguard on duty • Guests use the pool at their own risk • Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times • Please do not move, detach, or adjust any pool equipment (pumps, hoses, valves, skimmers)
Important: Pool access is limited to designated areas. The homeowner and family may briefly access the pool area as needed for safety, supervision, or maintenance.

The fruit garden is a shared viewing and relaxation area only. Please enjoy the scenery — do not pick or remove any fruit.

A small structure at the back of the property is a private dog area reserved exclusively for the homeowner’s dogs. • This area is not part of the guest accommodation • Please do not enter, open, touch, or approach this area at any time • The homeowner may enter this area as needed for pet care

Yes everything was good except pulling in and out of parking spot at the house and also owner cleaning up at 12am and the ring door bell going off. We also had to contact owner to have a car moved so we could pull into the house . Over all family enjoyed the time there I just didn’t like a few things . The home itself was beautiful
