RESIDENCE LOFT
The 3-bedroom Loft is a luxurious two-story residence featuring high ceilings and spacious rooms.
• accommodates 8 adults and 2 children under 12
• includes up to 16 free rounds of golf, and either 2x1 or 2 free massages as well as complementary use of tennis courts, gym, spa and internet.
• first floor: gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, living room with TV area, bedroom with king-size bed, 2 bathrooms (1 Jacuzzi tub), laundry room (washer and dryer).
• second floor: TV area, bedroom with two double beds, bathroom with shower, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
• private terrace: plunge pool, dining table, daybed, and armchairs.

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA/PUNTA
This 3-bedroom Presidential Villa is a wonderful escape to Nuevo Vallarta.
• accommodates 10 adults and 2 children under 12
• includes 16 free rounds of golf, and 2 free massages as well as complementary use of tennis courts, gym, spa and internet.
• located in Punta building - closest to the beach and Grand Luxxe pools
• lock-off unit with adjoining doors and two separate entrances
• 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds
• 3.5 bathrooms with 3 jacuzzi tubs
• private terrace with 2 plunge pools
