Get ready to relax in this roomy, 2-bedroom condo located on Pico Mountain. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom is a bunk room with two bunk beds (4 single beds total). With two bathrooms, mornings are easy and stress-free. Ski out with a 3-minute walk to the end of the building where you can strap in right at the Little Pico Triple. Nearby, a quick 45-minute hike finds you looking back over to Pico Mountain from the beautiful Deer's Leap rock formation. The space feels tranquil and inviting, lighting a real wood fire in the fireplace makes it awesome for unwinding after a day of skiing, hiking or biking. Wood is available right at the bottom of the steps next to the parking lot. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful layout that balances comfort and convenience. Fall in love with Pico and the entire Killington area and enjoy the magic it has to offer! PLEASE NOTE: POOL AND GYM REQUIRE A FEE TO USE SEPARATE FROM THIS RENTAL.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please make sure WOOD key and SKI locker key are returned to hook by closet. Please take trash and recycling down to dumpsters in lower parking lot. Lower thermostat back to 62 in each room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Your host
We have owned and raised our 3 kids here since 2012. The ability to open the door and let them walk to the lift without us was the reason we bought here. This is our fist time putting the condo on any rental service. We drive to Vermont from SJ almost every weekend in the winter because we love to ski.
Why they chose this property
Access to the mountain, we park the car and don't need it again until we leave to go home.
What makes this property unique
It's a 3rd floor end unit overlooking the Deer's Leap rock formation which is part of the Appalachian Trail. We have a total of 12 windows and cathedral ceilings so its bright and roomy but still cozy. Neighbors are THE BEST in the development!
