Guests will only have access to this residence and the shared patio.
Other things to note
The residence has independent access. There are two internal doors that communicate with two additional rooms that are rented separately; however, they remain closed and are not used during the stays to maintain the security and privacy of both parties.

Internet service is offered as a courtesy, according to the availability of the provider. We do not assume any responsibility if the supplier encounters problems in the area.

Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on public electric and water services, the electric Co. of PR LUMA and Water Co. Acueductos. Reservations are confirmed in recognition that the interruption of these services caused by the provider will not result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.

Our residence has solar panels. You must be considerate of the use of appliances when using solar panels. A/Cs can NOT be used when there is no electricity and the solar panels are in operation as an alternative to electricity.
