Cortijo la Encina is a spacious country house set in a peaceful natural area of Sayalonga, surrounded by countryside, fruit trees, and vineyards. With 200 m² over two floors and a 360 m² plot, it features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.



Upstairs, the bedrooms and living room have air conditioning, while the ground floor has fans, as the house’s electrical system does not allow for more air conditioning units.



Outside, you will enjoy a private pool and a fenced garden, perfect for relaxing. The house also offers a leisure area with a pool table and ping pong, ideal for entertainment during your stay. Parking is available on the property.



The kitchen is fully equipped and for your private use. The house has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome (for an extra fee), as are children, and a crib is available for little ones. The house is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher.



As we are in a rural and natural environment, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife.

Great house, middle of nowhere

Pros: We most enjoyed the pool and the view Cons: The kitchen equipment felt a bit unloved. The house is a long drive up a windy road from anywhere.

Tranquilidad, alejado de todo.

Pros: Lo primero, sin duda la hospitalidad y la excelente disposición en todo momento de Juan Manuel. Después la piscina está muy chula y bien cuidada. La zona de juegos, con billar, futbolín, pin pon y dardos, esto es un acierto ya que ayuda a que la estancia sea más entretenida y divertida. La zona de arriba de la casa también nos gustó mucho, muy acogedora y un acierto el que haya aire acondicionado, el baño de dicha planta también muy espacioso. Toda la casa muy espaciosa, tanto para poder estacionar perfectamente 4 vehículos, como para poder moverte. Cons: En la planta de abajo echamos de menos unos aires acondicionados, hacia muchísima calor y los ventiladores no hacían gran cosa. Algunos utensilios de cocina están bastante desgastados y la comida se quedaba pegada, como por ejemplo sartenes. Lamentablemente nos encontramos muchísimas hormigas por toda la casa, muchas avispas y moscas, que prácticamente te ponen difícil poder estar en el porche y cocina de abajo tranquilamente. Tuvimos que comprarnos un spray matabichos y lo gastamos entero. Muchas ratas, no solo por el alrededor de la casa, sino en el porche de la casa, entraban y salían como si estuvieran en su casa, esto es una pena, porque la casa es muy acogedora y encontrarte con estas cosas te fastidian bastante. El internet también es muy justito(imagino que es por estar en medio de la montaña).
