Guests can relax on the private deck with BBQ, enjoy shared access to the swimming pool, games area (table tennis, pool table and dartboard), laundry and outdoor spaces, and make the most of secure off-street parking. The owners live upstairs with their young family, so this is a welcoming, lived-in home with shared amenities, quiet time after 8pm, and a focus on respectful, relaxed stays—perfect for families seeking space, nature and comfort while remaining close to beaches, shopping and local attractions.
