Just outside the famous resort of Pittulongu, in the Belvedere complex, you'll find Villetta Nicola—a beautiful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home features a comfortable living room with exposed beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), accommodating up to 6 guests. The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV.



The highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, complete with a private pool and a covered terrace—perfect for dining together. The large barbecue lets you prepare meals outdoors. Enjoy views of the sparkling turquoise sea and relax away from daily stress.
