Extra R&R by Liquid Life

Welcome to Extra R and R, a spacious beach house designed for unforgettable group getaways. This four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to sixteen guests and features a private fenced pool, making it perfect for large families or groups traveling together.

Inside, the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a sofa sleeper, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large dining table, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom includes another king bed, and the fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or groups with two full over full bunk beds, allowing up to eight guests to sleep comfortably in this room. A washer and dryer are available in the home for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio with ample seating and a flat screen TV, all overlooking the fenced in private pool. Outdoor games, including a large Connect Four and cornhole boards, add even more fun for guests of all ages. Whether you are lounging poolside, grilling out, or gathering with family and friends, Extra R and R offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and entertainment for an unforgettable beach getaway.

This house is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. There is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Location was great. We had an awesome time. The quantity on towels wasn’t great. No beach towels, so we had to go buy some. We ended up buying some extra towels. We did so much laundry for the amount of showers that were being taken. We left salt and pepper, they have zero spices.

Everything was wonderful! Clean house, plenty of parking for large group, plenty of space for 11 of us! Access to the beach! Pool is relaxing but maybe not quite as big as what you might think from the pictures! Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely rent again!

The house was nice but we had 16 people and there wasn’t but 8 towels could have used more. Over all we had a nice stay and enjoyed our self’s.The kitchen was well serviced. Needs a new can opener. Also could use a strainer bowl but we made due with what we had. I would rent again!

We were there for my son’s wedding. Although we were busy, this house provided a pool, games, barbecue and fire pit. It was a great place to relax.

Love:- Private pool - Outdoor seating, so much seating everywhere Dislike:- Didn’t seem the cleanest when we arrived, sticky kitchen floor, found several hair ties everywhere, stain in 1/2 bath door - Saw quite a few bugs - No salt pepper/seasoning/anything starter wise; we cooked a lot of meals so that’s just a little inconvenient - Pool wasn’t super clear- Drive isn’t marked well, just hard to see. Maybe a suggestion for the city :) Suggestions/Needs:- Big strainer- Sunshade

The first impression was nice, pool was good and the sand pit for the kids was great. THIRD night in we noticed big bugs crawling around kitchen area. As we investigated farther we discovered an infestation. Called the hotline at 2 in the morning and was told they would tell the owner and they would be in contact with us. That did NOT happen. Owner shows up two days later to see the issue and attempted to spray the area himself, and then calls a bug person to come and spray while we were still there. We spent over 5,000 dollars to rent this home and basically felt stranded to stay with no money to go anywhere else. Had we had the money we would have packed up and found somewhere else to go right away. Our trip was stressful trying to keep the exposure of bugs at a minimum for me and my family, and to go home with anxiety of contamination in our own homes, we will not be renting from this property again.

I have so much stuff to say about the property, but this limits my words. Great house, minutes walk to the beach. Great pool small but great. One thing we did all wish they had was blackout curtains.The problem started Tuesday (we checked in on Sunday) the AC unit stopped working. I tried messaging the host. No response. Then I tried calling the host. Straight to voicemail. At this point, it’s 76 and climbing. I call emergency number the lady answered seemed very inconvenienced,dismissive, it was “only” 76 and I had it set on 72. It was only after I told her the outside unit was not kicking on that She said she would put in a request for a work order. 3 hrs goes by. It’s over 80 at this point. I call again and speak to another lady, this lady was helpful and called a maintenance. He came by, can’t fix it so they have to call an HVAC guy. Almost 90 now.It finally gets fixed. After a full day of having to sit and wait for someone. Then the next morning, 10:00 AM. It shuts off again It’s another runaround to try to get someone to answer the phone and send someone out. Finally someone answered this lady apologized and was going to send someone. I text asking if there is an ETA for the worker, no response. Finally get a call back asking if someone had reached out yet when I explained the situation to this lady she said she would call someone. It finally gets fixed.I’m very understanding that stuff happens. But this was not at all handled efficiently by any means.

Family extended weekend stay was a ponderous. 4 bedrooms, 1 is tight but it worked for us. Beautiful clean home. Lots of stairs to great porch with perfect view of fireworks across the road. Will definitely return.
