The holiday rental was newly built in 2017 and features not only modern but also high-quality furnishings. Underfloor heating ensures exceptional comfort throughout the 84 square metres. The windows in the living and sleeping areas can be darkened, ensuring nothing stands in the way of undisturbed nights during your holiday. <br>From the living room, you can enjoy a direct view of the harbour and the water. Comfortable upholstered furniture invites you to relax and unwind. The (ethanol) fireplace adds a special touch of cosiness. The large TV offers a wide range of entertainment options when needed. <br>The couch can be converted into an additional sleeping area for up to two guests (sleeping surface 150x200 cm). Wake up and enjoy the view of the water from the very first moment!<br>The large dining area and the modern, fully equipped kitchen have also been integrated into the spacious living area. <br>A ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and more ensure that you can cook elaborate meals even while on holiday—if you’d like! <br>Coffee lovers will, of course, also find a (pod) coffee maker available. <br>Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and feature comfortable box-spring beds. The double bedroom (bed dimensions: 180x200 cm) offers hotel-like amenities and is equipped with its own TV (Netflix only). The second bedroom has two single beds. <br>A travel cot is also available. <br>The bathroom is a wellness oasis right in your own holiday home! In addition to a whirlpool tub, there’s also an infrared sauna, so your holiday can be a truly memorable experience even when the weather is bad. <br>A selection of books and games rounds out the holiday rental and also helps keep you entertained.<br><br>Important Additional Information: Please note: The apartment is located in the newly built “Ostseeresort Port Olpenitz.” Construction is not yet complete, so there may be construction activity during your stay. For this reason, we have offered reduced rental rates. Please understand that we cannot accept complaints made after the fact.<br><br>Note: Payment is made by bank transfer. Additionally, we would like to point out that you can bring your own ethanol for the fireplace or purchase it on-site at some local stores.
