Hi Karita, This was all Vrbo's fault I was not notified of your reservations at all. I have a process to follow one being I would not except a reservation without a valid ID. Please note: I the owner/host was not aware of this reservation No email, No text, No phone call from Vrbo..
I really hate you had to go through this difficulty situation and hope Vrbo refunded to you all your money. Please also note: Refund money that only they received form you.
