3 bedroom beautiful home in Odder

Just a short walk from one of East Jutland’s best beaches, you’ll find this beautiful holiday home in Saksild Strand. The house features a lovely, bright and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining area. Behind the kitchen is a cosy living room with double doors leading out onto a large, beautiful south-facing terrace and an outdoor hot tub. The house has three spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two bunk beds, sleeping four children. There is also a large bathroom. The house was built with the aim of being as carbon-neutral as possible. Guided by the principle of sustainability, a former nursery has been converted into this holiday home. There is a ‘sister house’ in the same area, D82130. The area offers plenty of activities – the woods, the beach and plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. Take the children on a treasure hunt to Tunø or a day trip to Samsø. Don’t forget to bring home some new potatoes to serve with pan-fried plaice or a fish you’ve caught yourself. In summer, you’ll find a restaurant and an ice-cream parlour on the fine, white beach. Or go shopping at one of the many farm shops in the area. The charming town of Odder is just 7 km away, where you’ll find plenty of specialist shops, whilst the city of Aarhus, with its museums, restaurants and events, is just a 20-minute drive away. You can take the Letbane from Odder to the centre of Aarhus. Legoland and Givskud Zoo are just an hour’s journey away.
