Cosy holiday rental (55 square metres) on the ground floor. The property stands out for its quiet, green setting and its close proximity (only about 150 metres) to the Mariazellerbahn train station, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the many attractions in the area. The non-smoking apartment features a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. The cosy living room, with a pull-out couch and dining area for up to four people, invites you to relax. From this room, you have a direct view of Loich’s local mountain, the Eistenstein (1,183 metres, home to the Julius Seitner Hut). The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. From there, you have access to the terrace, where you can unwind in the evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Please note that pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. We’d be happy to arrange a bread roll delivery service for your breakfast from the local bakery. Check-in: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out: by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. The overnight tax of 2.60 EUR per person aged 15 and older per night will be billed separately on site. Key pickup information: in-person pickup by prior arrangement. No meals provided. Possible additional fees: use of the washing machine, 4 EUR per wash cycle.
