Our 50 m², fully renovated apartment is located on a hillside above Zell am Ziller at around 940 meters above sea level and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The location is perfect for skiing and hiking enthusiasts, with the Zillertal Arena just a short distance away.

The apartment is family-friendly and comfortably furnished:

1st floor, suitable for 2–4 guests
1 bedroom with a double bed and parquet flooring
Living/sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), dining area, and parquet flooring
2 bathrooms with rain shower, bathroom radio, window, and ventilation
Kitchenette, spatially separated from the living/sleeping area
Two balconies (east and south/west) for sun and fresh air

Tolle Gastgeber in einer super schönen Gegend

Das Appartement ist top eingerichtet und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr sauber. Besonders schön auch die beiden Balkone mit Blick in das Tal. Wir waren hier, um unsere Zeit auf dem Berg mit dem Snowboard zu verbringen. Den Brötchenservice haben wir sehr genossen. Bitte denkt an Schneeketten im Winter. Sehr wichtig.

Sehr gastfreundlich, familiär, ruhige Lage, gepflegt.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Gäste haben einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Alle Skigebiete können von dort aus mit dem Skibus angefahren werden. Im Haus gibt es ein sehr gut funktionierendes W-LAN und der Brötchenservice ist auch zu empfehlen.

17-07-2018 Heel mooi en schoon appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede service van de verhuurster. Wij hadden het appartement TOP3 # 5018471 met 2 balkons en 2 badkamers. Heerlijk altijd schaduw of zon. Zelfs BVN konden we krijgen op de tv! Zeker het aanraden waard voor een vakantie in Zell am Ziller. Slechts een kleine (auto) 5 minuten van het dorp. Goed uitganspunt voor de diverse kabelbanen in de omgeving. Wij hadden het appartement gehuurd van 01-07 t/m 15-07-2018. Familie Timmer

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen auf Grund der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung, der Blick ins Zillertal entschädigte sogar das teilweise schlechte Wetter, die Vermieter sind supernett, auch unser Hund wurde herzlich empfangen, wir freuen uns schon auf einen weiteren Urlaub in Gerlosberg, Frank und Ramona

Perfetto per famiglie da ogni punto di vista

Appartamento pulito, ordinato, confortevole, gentilissimi ed attenti i padroni di casa che abitano nell'appartamento e sono sempre disponibilissimi. Posizione perfetta, silenzioso ed a meno di 5 minuti di auto da Zell Am Ziller, al centro della valle, in posizione strategica per spostarsi sui vari gruppi montuosi. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini.

Appartamento pulito, comodo, confortevole. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un bellisimo soggiorno. Posizione e vista magnifica e comoda, a meno di 5 minuti da Zell Am Ziller dove ci sono tutti i servizi, e da cui è possibile raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutti gli altri paesi e gruppi montuosi. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini.

Het huis ligt prachtig aa...

Het huis ligt prachtig aan een Panoramaweg, net buiten Zell. De kamers zijn beiden groot en schoon. Ook is er een mooie complete keuken. We hadden 2 badkamers met fijne douches tot onze beschikking. Ook heel geschikt voor 4 personen om te huren. Ook dan heb je voldoende privacy, want je kunt van beide kamers in de keuken komen en er zit op de beide kamers een slot.
