THE SPACE
Fresh coastal finishes and tall windows set the tone across the main level. Cooking happens in a fully stocked cook’s kitchen, centered on a wraparound island with seating for eight. Dining follows just beyond, with a table for six and enough space for holiday meals, reunions, and long weekends.

Down one step, a comfortable TV living room pairs a large sectional with a mounted smart TV (gas fireplace not available for guest use). Nearby, a second sitting room shifts the mood toward conversation, with plush couches, armchairs, and a piano. A powder room and full laundry room are also on this level.

Off the kitchen, the screened porch reads as a true four seasons room: surrounded by windows and furnished for board games, reading, and slow afternoons. Outdoor meals are easy from here. Waterfall Park stays in view from the covered front porch, and the hammock is an inviting spot once the sky goes dark. Out back, the covered patio and stone terrace set the stage for BBQ dinners, outdoor dining, and evenings by the Solo Stove.

All bedrooms are located on the upper level, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main living spaces. The primary suite is a true escape with vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, veranda access, and a spa-inspired ensuite. Two additional ensuite bedrooms provide added privacy with walk-in showers and direct veranda access. The fourth bedroom is ideal for shared sleeping, featuring an attached full bath and a cozy window seat perfect for reading or lounging. The loft room offers flexible overflow sleeping, making this home well-suited for large families and group getaways.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Beachwalk Resort amenities are managed by a separate company and require wristbands for access. The total number of guests ages 4+ must be provided prior to arrival in order to receive wristbands at check-in. All vehicles parked within the resort are required to display a valid parking pass.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

The fireplaces in this home are for decorative purposes only and not available for guest use.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
