* NO PET POLICY: Please be advised that pets are strictly prohibited at this property due to HOA regulations, which are actively and strongly enforced within the community. As a result, this home operates under a **No Pet Policy** for all guests staying at this property. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate action by the HOA and/or additional penalties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us remain compliant with community rules. * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.
* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
* Be mindful and careful of other people`s property.
* * * Please Note: This home is protected by Google Nest for security and liability purposes. There are 2 cameras at the residence; one is located at the main entrance (Front Door) & the other is facing the garage entrance. These cameras record both audio & video, ensuring safety while no devices are inside the home.
