The accommodation is located about 1 km outside the centre of Lunz—where there is a supermarket and a tobacco shop—and about 2 km from Lake Lunz. The nearest bus stop is about 200 m from the accommodation. There’s also a petrol station about 500 m from the property. We’d be happy to provide you with information about various restaurants while you’re here. In addition to chickens and geese, we also have a rabbit and cats who’d love for you to pet them. You’re welcome to purchase your breakfast eggs from our happy free-range chickens and other regional products directly from us. There are numerous hiking opportunities in the area. You can also enjoy swimming at Lake Lunz, just 2 km away, or at the Seebach-Bad. At Lake Lunz, you can also rent electric boats and pedal boats or simply enjoy a delicious ice cream in the sun. In neighbouring Göstling (approx. 13 km away), you can spend rainy days in the water or in the sauna at the Ybbstaler Solebad. Cyclists can enjoy the beautiful Ybbstal Bike Trail to their heart’s content. The famous pilgrimage site of Mariazell is also just 34 km away. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Lunzer Maiszinken, 2 km away, offers the chance to whiz down the slopes. The Lackenhof am Ötscher ski area is also just 12 km away and offers beautiful downhill runs and cross-country trails. The Hochkar ski area is about 18 km away. You can look forward to a 100-square-meter holiday apartment with free Wi-Fi and private access via a separate stairwell (which also leads to the terrace). The holiday apartment features an entryway, three bedrooms (one of which has a flat-screen satellite TV), a large kitchen-living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a sofa, and a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Our children would be happy to share their sandpit and swing with your children. Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. The local tax of 2.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Any additional fees: baby cot available upon request for 5 EUR per stay.
