This home is located in Southern Orchards, a historic neighborhood just south of German Village and only minutes from Downtown Columbus. The area is currently undergoing revitalization, with a mix of newly renovated homes and longtime residents who’ve lived here for generations.

While the neighborhood continues to develop, many families and working professionals live on this block, and it’s usually quiet and friendly. Guests who appreciate being close to the action love staying here.

The open kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and essentials for easy meals.
