Enjoy your vacation in our beautiful and lovingly furnished vacation home in Sankt Andreasberg and experience nature at its finest.

The location and size offer plenty of space for family and friends.
The house is located in the valley on the outskirts of town, right on a hillside, and is very spacious at 160 square meters.
At 663 m above sea level, St. Andreasberg is the highest mountain town in the Harz Mountains. Its location in the heart of the national park allows you to explore all the mountains in the Harz on foot, by bike, or on skis.
The town center is a 5-minute walk away, where you’ll find several restaurants and shopping options.
Many attractions are located in the immediate vicinity, such as
- mini-golf course (approx. 200 m),
- “Grube Samson” Mining Museum (approx. 650 m),
- Matthias-Schmidt-Berg with its summer toboggan run,
- MSB-X-Trail Bike Park (mountain biking)
- Ski and snowboard area in winter (approx. 1.6 km)
and much more.

Spread over three floors, the house offers 5 bedrooms and an open-concept bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room with a fireplace and dining area, 1 recreation room with a pool table, foosball, and darts, 1 large kitchen, a sauna, 1 ski and utility room, and a large terrace where barbecuing is permitted and where you can enjoy the mountain air.

Very clean en convenient house

We were with a group of 6 adults and 6 children. It is an excellent house for groups, with al lot space for kids to play The owners are very helpfull. We had an excellent time in their house.

Wie haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus Tessa verbracht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das grosse Wohnzimmer, der grosse Esstisch, Terrasse mit Grill und das Zimmer, in dem man Billard, Dart und Kicker spielen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und informativ. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Das Haus hat großzügige Räume, die sehr liebevoll ausgestattet sind.Im Esszimmer ist ausreichend Platz und auch das Wohnzimmer läd zum Verwieilen ein.Besonders schön ist die Aussenterasse.Große und kleine Kinder haben sich über das Spielzimmer gefreut. Es ist mit vielen Spielen und Büchern, aber auch mit einem kleinen Kicker und Billiardtisch sowie einem Dartautomaten ausgestattet.Das Wlan war sehr gut.Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für ein Familientreffen mit 9 Personen genutzt. Es ist ein Wohnfühlhaus, das alles bietet, was man sich in dieser Konstellation wünscht - v.a. große Tische im Haus und auf der Terrasse, 3 Bäder, genug Raum und ein Spielzimmer, das auch im Sommer viel Anziehungskraft besitzt.

Gemütlich und für große Gruppen super

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren zu siebt ein paar Tage dort, um Brettspiele zu spielen. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer war dafür geeignet.Die Küchengr. war für die Personenanzahl völlig in ausreichend, wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig kochen möchten. Die Sauna fanden die Saunagänger gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir uns nochmal im Harz treffen wollen!

Wunderbare Ferientage

Wir ( 4 Erw. 5 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemütlich eingerichtet . Sowohl das Spielezimmer mit Billardtisch , Kicker, Dart, Buch-und Spielesammlung für jung und alt als auch die Sauna wurden täglich mit Begeisterung genutzt. Die Küche ist ausgesprochen gut für die angegebene Gästeanzahl ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und danken den sehr netten Vermietern herzlich

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren 10 Erwachsene und 1 Hund und haben uns alle sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten alle viel Platz und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir haben sehr viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht und dadurch den wunderschönen Harz kennengelernt. Die Vermieterin war super nett. Egal ob vor der Reise oder während unseres Aufenthaltes. Sie stand uns immer zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank nochmal von uns "Berlinern". Wir können dieses Ferienhaus 100 %ig weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr großräumig, sauber und mit viel Freizeitangebot für Groß und Klein. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und Sankt Andreasberg ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Hier war wirklich alles perfekt ! Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber, großzügiges, sehr sauberes und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus. Wir (8 Personen) hatten noch nie eine so tolle Ausstattung in einem Ferienhaus- egal ob Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Spiele, Bücher, alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Spielezimmer (Kicker, Darts, Billard) wurde täglich genutzt, wir haben im Innenhof gegrillt und die Sicht über den Ort vom Freisitz aus genossen. Aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen haben wir nicht sauniert. Parkplätze sind für zwei Autos angegeben, es passen bei engem Parken auch drei Autos hin. Im Ortskern gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Für die Einkäufe geht man es entweder sportlich an oder nutzt doch das Auto. Wir waren unter anderem auf dem Brocken, am Oderteich, an der Rappbodetalsperre und in der Erlebniswelt Thale, alles war in angemessener Zeit vom Ferienhaus aus erreichbar. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, für den wir uns recht herzlich bei Familie Meinecke bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tolle Unterkunft für unseren Familienurlaub

Für neun Personen war das Haus großzügig, so dass jeder Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hatte. Toll war auch der „Aktivitätsraum“ mit kleinem Billardtisch, Kicker und Dartscheibe sowie die Sauna. Die Küchenausstattung war komplett, auch Bücher, Gesellschaftsspiele, DVDs etc. waren vorhanden. Uns haben die Tage dort sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
