The Space:

An elevator transports you to the 1. floor with the apartment. It has been completely renovated in June 2019 and furnished with exclusive furniture in a modern style.



Three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (180x200) are waiting for our guests. For groups of 7 people, we also prepare a comfortable sofa bed in the large living room.



Two well-equipped bathrooms with glass shower cubicles, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and fluffy towels are available to all residents.



The open kitchen unites with a spacious living and dining area. The dining table seats 8 people. The sofa in front of the big TV is perfect for relaxing. French doors lead from the living room to the large balcony with a cozy seating lounge. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the fresh air and eat al fresco or enjoy a glass of wine here.



The new, modern kitchen is furnished with quality appliances. In addition to a dishwasher, there is a microwave, an induction cooker and a fridge with freezer compartment. A coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery allow you to easily prepare breakfast and meals here.

Guest Access:

You will receive two separate access invitations via Nuki prior to your arrival. These will allow you to conveniently unlock both the main entrance door and your apartment door using your smartphone.



Your apartment is located on the first floor. After entering the building, take the stairs up and you will find your apartment on the left-hand side.



The Neighborhood:

The unique location in the heart of Munich makes this apartment the perfect base for discovery tours in the Bavarian metropolis. You reach any attraction in the bustling city center in a few minutes. At the same time you enjoy peace and quiet in the luxurious environment of your accommodation. The pedestrian area with the Isartor and the Viktualienmarkt is just a few steps away. It is only 500 meters to Marienplatz and the Frauenkirche and 700 meters to the German Museum.



Shopping:

On the Viktualienmarkt you can buy delicacies from all over the world. A supermarket and numerous delicatessen shops are in close proximity. In the pedestrian zone you will find practically everything your heart desires - from beer mugs with salt glaze to the products of world-famous luxury brands. In the Gärtnerplatz- and Glockenbachviertel, you can discover workshops of artisans. The offer ranges from traditional Bavarian jewelry to the original clothes from independent labels.



Restaurants:

In the Frauenstraße itself you find a number of international restaurants, offering a broad range from steak to Japanese cuisine. In the pedestrian area and the quarter around the Gärtnerplatz you can eat any kind of food you desire - Bavarian, French, Italian, Asian or Continental.



Culture:

The residence, the Frauenkirche and the old town hall with the famous chimes of dancing figures can be reached in a few minutes. You can also easily walk to the various Pinakotheks, to the Lenbachhaus and other museums like the residence. You love operas? The Bavarian State Opera is always worth a visit. The way there is a short walk through the pedestrian area.



Wellness and relaxation:

The English Garden, one of the most beautiful parks in Europe, invites you to relax near the pedestrian zone. How about a white sausage breakfast at the Chinese Tower? If wellness is important to you: The Müllersche Volksbad with its sauna area is just around the corner. The Art Nouveau building was at the beginning of the 20th century the largest and most exclusive swimming pool of the modern world. When the weather is nice, the Isarstrand, which is also just a few meters away, is the perfect place to linger.



Nightlife:

Frauenstraße 24 is the ideal address to enjoy the exciting night life of Munich. Less than 500 meters away is the Gärtnerplatz with its famous theater, playing mainly operettas and musicals. This area has developed into a hip quarter with iconic bars, pubs and restaurants for a classy chill out. A new trend here is the mix of dance hall and restaurant - you can spend the whole evening in one place. Or do you prefer pure Bavarian? The Hofbräuhaus is just a few hundred meters away too.



Getting Around:

Just a 2-minute walk away is the Isartor S-Bahn station. About 4 minutes you walk to the subway and S-Bahn station Marienplatz. For a surcharge, you can rent an underground parking space, which is a 2-minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

For a relaxed and flexible stay, we use a modern self-check-in locking system. This allows you to arrive conveniently and contactlessly at any time – without having to hand over keys in person.



Access to the apartment is via a personal door code, which you will receive before arrival. Simply enter the code on the keypad and confirm – and the door will open.



The front door is also controlled via the Nuki app. This allows you to conveniently open the entrance using your smartphone. We will send you the invitation link to the app 24 hours before check-in.
