Country Farm House: Gravel Travel, Bring ATVs & Mountain Bikes

The house is about 1 mile down a country gravel road, easily traveled by car and you can travel even further down these back roads in a vehicle with a little more clearence if you'd like to take a drive, especially nice in the fall! Feel free to bring a ORV or Mountain Bikes if that's your thing, national Forest only five minutes north of the rental down the gravel road, lots of big loops to travel.

The house consists of two rooms. One room has a queen memory foam mattress, cotton sheets and fluffy rug beneath for your feet. It also has a closet to store clothing and a wall mounted fan.
The second room has two twin memory foam beds beds, one being a trundle. The room has a small area for hanging clothing and a wall mounted fan.
The living space consists of wide open pine floors with two living areas. One space has a couch and chair and large wall mounted smart TV. The other has a couple foutons and children's toys such as cars, a dollhouse, blocks, road rugs & games.
There is also a windowed dining area with a table and bar along with a high chair and booster seat.

The kitchen is fairly basic sporting a large gas stove, Keurig, fridge, sink and microwave along with cook utensils and pans.

The bath room features a regular size tub with tiled walls.

Outside the house is very basic but there is a large yard and lots of space to roam with several gardens in the spring and summer.

The house and its yard are available for use. Our personal house lies behind the rental about 300 feet with our drive way passing beside.
The house is surrounded by pastures and a gravel road in the front.

Other things to note:

*We are constantly making updates/remodeling the farm and houses, so at any given time there are various projects going on on our 40 ac property.
*Active farm property, any given day could include the tractor rolling buy or stock trailers being loaded.
*Roosters crow at our personal house about 300 ft from the rental and our livestock dogs may bark at potential threats to the sheep.
*Walnuts may fall on the roof of the rental in the fall. An odd thing but it happens!
*Our son (7yo) may roam the 40 ac property.
*The farm house is cooled with wall units and heated with a pellet stove &/or a propane fire place.
*The farm house is quite rural being 17 mi from the nearest Walmart
*Stone County is dry so pick up adult beverages before hand.
* We plan on adding decks & patios but have not yet
*Working on adding a Washer & Dryer
* There is no WiFi
