Your Summit adventure begins at this adorable 2-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a king bed with a french door opening to the deck overlooking the lake. The other bedroom has a queen bed. A full size bath room is between the two bedrooms. The cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort also has a french door going out to the deck overlooking the small lake. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this perfect spot offers a superb blend of comfort and ease. Enjoy being close to Percy Quin State Park and Quail Hollow Golf Course...15 min. / Okhissa Lake ...30 min./SW Community College...10 min./SW MS Regional Medical Center...10 min. and the Charming town of Summit....5 min. We also have parking if you are pulling a boat trailer or work trailer.

Marshia was a wonderful host, very accommodating and quick to respond. Her place is lovely and spacious with comfortable beds and super soft towels. We enjoyed being right on the water and the ducks on the pond. My kids caught two small bass. It was the perfect location to SMCC for our event. Highly recommend!

The home was immaculate and you can tell the owner takes pride in her country lake getaway by the details, cleanliness, and comfort the home provides. We look forward to more stays.
