The main floor features an open concept, a chef's kitchen, and a dining & living room with beautiful lake views from the house. Upstairs, there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds, and a kids' pass-through area with 2 full bunk beds that sleep 4 and a pullout queen couch. Bring your boat in the summer or skis/snowmobiles in the winter. Downstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms with king beds, a large living room, and a deck to a hot tub or the lake. It's 15 min. to Downtown CDA with shopping/restaurants, golf, hiking, etc.Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this inviting home offers a warm atmosphere. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels and place used bedding sheets in the laundry room
Take the trash to the dumpster when you leave. The dumpster is on your way out. You will drive past it and it's on your right.
Please make sure the bottom sliding glass door is locked, and double-check that the front door is locked before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
