The house is in a nice location. the host was quick to respond and very nice. But there were several things that did not align with the price. The front and back yard had overgrowth and weeds. The shower floor was dirty. The second bathroom did not have any towels but one hand towel. All bedrooms should have a nightstand and mirrors and hangers. Three hangers doesn’t suffice for a weekend. We had to go buy towels and face towels. The bath mat was not washed. There were no napkins nor paper towels in the kitchen. The kitchen however was equipped with the tools needed for us to make our meals including spices which was nice. Also the wifi information was not included in the house binder. These are small details that if fixed will make this an all five-star rating.

Hi Christina, I always try to communicate with my guests before and during their stay. If there was anything you needed or something that didn’t meet your expectations, I really wish you had told me right away so I could address it and make it better for you. You received a special discounted rate for your 3-night stay for the entire place, which includes 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a patio balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. For comparison, many hotels charge around $150 per night with taxes and fees for just one room and usually without a kitchen or additional rooms. Regarding the towels, there were 4 hand towels across the two bathrooms and 5 bath towels provided for two guests, which is normally more than sufficient. I also sent you a screenshot with the Wi-Fi information when you arrived to make sure you had everything you needed. I’m sorry if anything did not meet your expectations. I always do my best to make sure guests have a comfortable stay, and I would have gladly resolved any concerns if they had been brought to my attention during your visit.

Beautiful clean home, practically a new property in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Excellent shower in the master with good hot water, a washer and dryer for convenience. We didn’t cook we did takeout or dined out, but kitchen is so nice in the morning for coffee and conversation. Highly recommended, will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This is a beautiful home. Host was very attentive. Love that it has 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Very quiet neighborhood.
