SECURITY & SAFTEY
Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be turned on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, both indoors and outdoors, during their stay.

PROPERTY CARE
While the property offers privacy and space, we ask guests to treat the home and surrounding nature with care. Smoking is prohibited inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Primary booking guest must be 28+ and present for the duration of the stay.

We do not host weddings or large events on the property. There are several beautiful venues within 10 minutes where many couples choose to celebrate and then stay with us.

Our home is best suited for relaxed, meaningful time together with family and friends. To preserve that experience, we ask that only registered guests are on the property during your stay.

HOT TUB
Our hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every stay, so you can relax and enjoy it worry-free.

PET POLICY
While we love our furry friends, Elk Haven Lodge is currently not equipped to be a pet-friendly property. This helps us maintain the home for guests with allergies and preserve the quality of the furnishings and spaces throughout the retreat.

INDOOR FIREPLACES
Decorative only while panels are updated. Starter firewood is provided for outdoor firepit pit.

KAYAKS & POND USE
Seasonal. Life preservers are provided. It is a catch & release fishing pond. Fishing rods are not provided.

WILDLIFE & WINTER ACCESS
Wildlife sightings possible. Four-wheel drive recommended in winter.
