Relaxing getaway on shuttle route! Walk to Deer Valley lift!

This 800 sq ft condo was redecorated in 2013 with new furniture, appliances, fresh paint and new flooring in 2016! It is located on street level for your convenience. Parking and coin laundry facilities are in our secure parking garage downstairs. Two flat screen TVs, one DVD player, secure Wifi, and a wood fireplace. This warm and cozy condo is the perfect place for your vacation!

Snow Park Ski Lift: .2 miles
Main Street: 1.5 miles or 5 minute shuttle ride
Park City Mountain Resort: 2.5 miles or 10 minute shuttle ride

Perfect location for skiing! The unit was clean and bright, and kitchen was well-stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you would ever need. The water pressure in the bathrooms was outstanding and the heat worked very quickly and was easy to adjust. We look forward to staying here again on our annual ski trip.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location, an easy walk to Deer Valley Amphitheater, and the ponds across the street were nice as well. The condo was clean and well stocked, quiet and comfortable! Highly recommend.

Scott's communication was rapid and always helpful! The condo was immaculate, cozy, & comfortable, with an outstanding location. All of our needs were met, & the kitchen is well-supplied. We especially enjoyed walking the paths in the marshy pond area, right across the street. (There was no snow at thanksgiving this year.) We highly recommend this place!

Everything was as expected - a great condo in a great location. If you want to be close to Deer Valley, this is a great spot. It's about a 5 minute walk, though there's a free shuttle in the parking lot across the street so you don't have to lug all your ski gear.The unit itself was well appointed with plenty of amenities. The kitchen has all the tools you need and some basic sundries (flour, oil, sugar, etc.). The unit was heated and easy to control. Loved the wood-burning fireplace!The host also made it easy to check in and out. They were responsive to questions. Overall, it made for an enjoyable stay.
