Property located in the exclusive Hacienda San Gaspar Golf Club, with private access and 24-hour security. Situated on the slopes of the Sierra de Montenegro, it offers privileged weather and proximity to the Clubhouse (4 minutes), restaurant, and a professional 18-hole golf course. Additionally, it is only five minutes away from the historic Hacienda San Gaspar, known for hosting weddings and events.
The house was completely remodeled in November 2024 and features panoramic views of the valley.
It has a family room equipped with a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, a dining area for twelve people, and a renovated kitchen fitted with all new appliances.
The house consists of four bedrooms with modern fans: a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and mini split; two bedrooms each with two queen beds; and an additional bedroom with a full-size bed. The property includes three full bathrooms and one half bathroom for guests, all equipped with bathroom accessories for added comfort.
The home offers high-speed internet and, in the hall, a workspace with desk and chair, ideal for remote activities. It also has a washer and dryer.
On the terrace, there is a table that seats fourteen people, while the pool features both a solar and an electric heater, ensuring a pleasant temperature of 28-30 C all year round.
