Three queen beds and two full bed sleep up to 10 quests, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The three full and one-half bathrooms make mornings and evenings easy for guests to get ready for whatever awaits. The home has full central air-conditioning and includes high-speed internet. Enjoy lake views from the house wide deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. Inside, the home offers a spacious main great room living area with ample seating and a flat-screen television. The complete kitchen overlooks the great room, making it simple to cook, gather, and entertain. Whether you’re getting together in the spacious living areas or unwinding after a day of exploring Walloon Lake nearby Petoskey, Charlevoix or Harbor Springs. We have owned this property in the family for over 40 years. Indian Garden Point is a private dead-end road with no drive by traffic in a mature old growth Michigan woodland.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Eastern view for morning sunrises. This property is in a "wind shadow" created by the dense mature trees which protect the peaceful, sheltered beach/dock area from the prevailing Westerly winds.
