Escape to this lovely house on Pickwick Lake in Iuka. With four spacious bedrooms, including three king beds and 4 twin beds, guests find plenty of room to relax and unwind. Two bathrooms offer plenty of room to make it easy to refresh after a day on the water! The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder nights, while comfortable amenities make you feel like home. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this relaxing retreat provides a comfortable space to feel like home away from home. We look forward to hosting you and hope to provide you with a fun and cozy place to call home for a few days. The Lake House overlooks Aqua Safe Harbor Marina and the Lake/ Boat Ramp, but is NOT right on the water. It’s Across the street. Very Convenient for travelers visiting the Marina, (Aqua & Grand Harbors) State Park, Pickwick Dam, FreddyTs, Etc. Easy IN/OUT circle driveway for towing a boat.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all food, trash, and drinks from inside the home, refrigerator, and garage. Put in the outside garbage bins beside the circle driveway outside of the garage. All trash must be bagged.
Please place all used towels and linens in the downstairs bathroom.

My wife and I are both from the Area. We look forward to Hosting our Lake home. This is our only Rental. We use it as our 2nd home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Feel free to ask us about boat/jet ski rentals , The Harbors, Restaurants, and River locations. We know the River well as we are on the water many times every summer.

Why they chose this property

The View. Quiet and Private with 3 other homes. It’s located right across the street from Aqua Safe Harbor Marina but tucked off of Hwy 25 enough to feel secluded.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! with a View. We love Aqua Harbor, Earls Grille, The Rib Cage, Freddy Ts, Pickwick Landing State Park, The Grand Harbor, T’s shake shack, The Outpost at Pickwick Dam, and Goat Island (Goats really live on the island) . Not to mention many spots on the River including where Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee all meet. Our Lake house is just off of Hwy 25 with plenty of parking and a paved circle driveway for easy entry and exiting towing a boat. Plenty of room for the entire Family; Or a few Fishing tournament buddies. Also perfect for ladies night out at FreddyTs with a short 3 min drive. The most beautiful sunsets on the River are after Labor Day until mid October. The Sunsets are so beautiful from the River, that it inspired us to name our Property ‘CHASING SUNSETS’!!!
