• Living room includes a pull-out couch for extra guests
• Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably

• Access to community pool & splash pad
• Just minutes from The Promenade Mall, movie theaters, restaurants, and golf courses
Trash Bin must be in backyard and not viewable from the street by HOA rules, Trash pickup days are Tuesday morning and Friday morning. We can send someone to place the trash bin on the curb if needed.
