Located in Cotroceni - Academia Militara area, beginning of Drumul Taberei, close to Afi Palace Cotroceni Mall and right next to (on the parallel street, right behind) Cotroceni Park Residential neighborhood, offering coffee shops, supermarkets, pizza and burger restaurants, Fish restaurants, pastry famous places, gym, bank, etc. Welcoming ground floor house of livingroom, halway, bedroom, fully utillated bathroom and kitchen, a narrow patio in front for smoking and admiring the view, has Wi-fi, free parking right in front, AC, central heating, 2 big beds, desk area, quiet area but veryeaay to get anywhere, city centre close, subway station 3min, many buses, trams trolleys to the city centre, Train Station, etc. In between Palaces, Cotroceni Presidential one and Parliament one, also close to the biggest Orthodox Cathedral in the world, Opera, etc.

Children under 8 pay an extra 49Ron per night due to cleaning and maintenance required after their stay, same with pets, so please enlist them correctly when you book, thank you so much!
I'll be greeting you with the keys in person and show you the place, etc. and if I'm not there when you check-out, ill show you a place where you can drop the keys after you lock, thank you!
