The Shore 20 at Blue Bay Resort is part of a small but luxurious and high-quality apartment complex. The Blue Bay Resort golf course is located directly behind the apartments, while the front offers stunning views of the bay and a private access to the beach, just a minute away. There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool with various sunbeds and parasols for your use. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers stunning views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. The open-plan living room is air-conditioned and features a luxuriously finished, fully equipped kitchen, including an American-style refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, wine cooler, breakfast bar, and Nespresso coffee maker. Relax on the lounge sofa in the living room with a flat-screen TV. Sliding doors connect the interior with the exterior, opening onto the spacious terrace where you can dine at the dining table or enjoy a drink in the lounge area with a stunning view. The two spacious bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning and luxurious box-spring beds (180x200 cm). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. High-quality materials have been used down to the smallest detail in the finishing touches of the apartment. The apartment is tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture, ensuring a carefree stay in Curaçao. Private parking is available on-site, with gated access exclusively for guests of The Shore apartment complex. This apartment is rented exclusively to you. A personal welcome from the host, who is also available 24/7 during your stay for support. Electricity consumption is charged according to actual consumption. The rate for electricity is $0.55 per kWh. Average consumption is approximately $20 per night (40 kWh). For stays longer than 7 nights, an interim cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. A 7% tourist tax will be added to the total price of the nights. During the holiday period from December 20th to January 5th, it is only possible to book a stay of 10 nights.
